We work hard to keep your information and accounts secure. In fact, our fraud monitoring service keeps an eye on your accounts 24/7 for potentially fraudulent activity. However, please keep an eye on your statements, and if you see any transactions you don’t recognize — or if you were unfairly charged by a merchant — call us as soon as possible at 888.346.4412.

Please note that all disputes must be received within 60 days of the statement on which the disputed item appears. If your disputed transaction is past that timeframe, you will need to resolve the matter directly with the merchant.

How you can keep your accounts secure

  1. Set up account alerts to help monitor your account activity.
    • Card Alerts – Set up Card Alerts to monitor your card activity. You can lock your cards with the swipe of a button, set the terms for when and where your cards are used and get activity alerts to stay informed. Learn More
    • Text Alerts – Set up text alerts to monitor your deposit account activity by logging in to online banking, selecting the account you want to set the alert for and clicking “Set text message alerts.”
  2. Ensure your contact information is up to date visiting My Settings in online banking or the mobile app, or by calling 800.429.7626.
  3. Opt for paperless statements to lower the risk of documents ending up in the wrong hands.

Fraud Text & Email Alerts

As an Elevations member, you are automatically enrolled in our complimentary* 24/7 fraud text and email alerts service. That means you’ll be notified anytime there’s suspected fraudulent activity on your credit or debit card. While we have always monitored your accounts for fraud, this new feature allows us to confirm account details with you no matter where you are.

How it Works

  1. Your cards are continuously monitored for transactions that occur outside of your normal banking activity.
  2. If your Elevations card is suspected of having fraudulent activity, you will receive a text or email message from Elevations.
  3. Respond to the text or email to confirm or deny your activity.
  4. Don’t want to receive these text or email alerts? You can always opt out of text message by replying STOP or opt out of emails by clicking “Unsubscribe.”

In order to receive these alerts, please ensure your phone number and/or email are up to date so we can reach if you necessary. You can update this information by logging in to online banking or calling us at 800.429.7626.
