We work hard to keep your information and accounts secure. In fact, our fraud monitoring service keeps an eye on your accounts 24/7 for potentially fraudulent activity. However, please keep an eye on your statements, and if you see any transactions you don’t recognize — or if you were unfairly charged by a merchant —call us as soon as possible at 888.346.4412.

Please note that all disputes must be received within 60 days of the statement on which the disputed item appears. If your disputed transaction is past that timeframe, you will need to resolve the matter directly with the merchant.
